Commercial Solar Project Design Experience at HCB Solar

After automating much of the residential solar design process at HCB Solar, I transitioned to commercial solar system designs. This allowed me to leverage my skills in larger-scale projects (5), ranging from 30 to 100 kW, for a diverse clientele in both private and public sectors.

  • System Design: Tailored designs for commercial systems, addressing complex site and electrical requirements.
  • Technical Calculations: Extensive electrical calculations for high-capacity systems.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensuring all designs met commercial standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Producing detailed Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for commercial projects.
  • Grid Connection Applications: Managing applications with energy distributors for commercial grid connections.
